Our Strategy
In less than 3 years we have purchased over 18 self-storage facilities, currently valued at over $30 million dollars – without any syndication! We buy properties with our own money and directly for our portfolio. Some properties in our portfolio are quick ‘fix and flip’ investments, but most of our purchases are ‘buy and hold’ investments that we plan to keep for decades. Our end state goal is to own and operate a self-storage portfolio valued at over $100 million dollars by the year 2027.
