In less than 5 years we have purchased over 20 self-storage facilities, currently valued at over $30 million dollars – without any syndication! We buy properties with our own money and directly for our portfolio. Some properties in our portfolio are quick ‘fix and flip’ investments, but most of our purchases are ‘buy and hold’ opportunities that we plan to keep for decades.
